Content Planner FAQ


How do I schedule a post?

To schedule a post, you can do it in two ways:

  1. Tap on a template or design you've created
  2. Tap on the Share button in the top right
  3. Tap on Schedule Post

or

  1. Go to your projects by tapping on Projects in the tab bar
  2. Tap on the Content Planner button in the bottom left
  3. Tap on Schedule Post

Ensure that you have Notifications turned on so that you receive a notification reminder when it's time to post!

Can I schedule video posts?

Currently we only support scheduling image posts but we'll be adding video support soon!

Can Pixelcut post automatically for me?

When you schedule a post for a certain time, Pixelcut will send you a notification when it's time to post. When you tap on the notification it will take you into Pixelcut where you'll be able to post the content directly to Instagram. Instagram only allows automatic posting for Instagram Business Accounts. We'll be adding automatic posting in the future but for most people this won't be useful because they don't have a Business Account on Instagram. For those that do, this feature is coming soon!

Can I schedule a post for Depop, Poshmark, or other platforms?

Currently you can only schedule a post for Instagram. We'll be adding other platforms very soon! Here are a list of the other platforms we'll be supporting. If the platform you want to post isn't listed here, please email us and we'll do our best to add it!

  • Facebook
  • Twitter

How do I delete a Schedule Post?

  1. Go to your Content Planner by tapping on Projects in the tab bar 
  2. Tap on the Content Planner button in the bottom left of the Projects screen
  3. Tap on any post in your Content Planner
  4. Tap on the Trash button in the top right

Doing this will cancel your scheduled post and you won't receive a notification when it's time to post.
