Deleting your account

In order to delete your account visit the account page inside the settings screen in app and click on "Delete my account" you may also request account deletion by emailing us at [email protected]. If you are the account admin for a Team account, you will first need to delete your team before you can delete your account.

Note that deleting your account is a permanent action. Your personal data (including saved projects or assets ) will be fully removed from our systems within 48 hours. You will not be able to recover this data. Some data such as anonymized analytics and subscription purchase records will be retained as required for administrative purposes.
